CAREERS - Program Management Coordinator / Engineer

Muller Engineering is looking to expand our program management capabilities. The primary duty of this position is to assist in the management of multiple programs in both the transportation and water resource industries. A secondary responsibility is to assist with design tasks for stormwater and water resources projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Providing client support services
  • Helping to manage resources, funding and schedules
  • Assisting in the management of data
  • Understanding risks and developing plans to manage/control
  • Facilitating meetings and leading program efforts
  • A desire to grow personally and professionally with each assignment while working with the team to provide excellent client service through commitment and partnership. 

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with a bachelorís degree in civil engineering (or a closely related field) from an accredited college or university; or
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within the infrastructure industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates high level thinking, problem solving skills and excels at building and maintaining professional relationships
